November 17, 2025

Sergeant conducted sex offender registry requirement checks.

Deputy responded to reckless driver on FM 141.

Deputy completed a requested welfare check on Blaha Avenue.

Deputy worked a minor crash on FM 180.

Deputy investigated an animal cruelty report on FM 2239.

Assisted a pedestrian with a courtesy ride on US 290-West.

 

November 18, 2025

Responded to an address on CR 302 for a criminal mischief complaint. Caller reported damage to their tire by an unknown suspect.

Deputy worked a one vehicle vs. deer crash on CR 127.

Burn ban violation on Willow Creek Dr.

Disturbance reported on PR 7722. Parties separated, no offense.

Complainant met with Deputy to report a theft of property from Clark Ln.

Deputies assisted at the scene of a major crash on SH 21/FM 2440.

Shortly before midnight, a Deputy made a traffic stop on Burns St. in Lexington. A probable cause search was conducted, resulting the in the driver's arrest and booking into Lee County Jail.

Disturbance reported on Clark Lane. Parties separated, no offense.

 

November 19, 2025

After 6:00am, a Deputy made a traffic stop on SH 21. The driver was issued a citation for passing a school bus when required to yield.

Deputy handled a civil matter on CR 345.

Deputy met with a complainant on 5th St. in Lexington on a trespass matter. One notice was served and individual removed.

Deputy issued citations to speeding violators in Lexington ISD school zone.

 

November 20, 2025

Sergeant conducted 68-A inspections.

Deputy followed-up on an assault case.

Deputies conducted a warrant service on FM 180. One female arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.

Deputy took a report of an assault.

Completed a requested welfare check on CR 203.

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Gary St. in Lexington.

 

November 21, 2025

Deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle report on FM 141.

Chief Deputy spoke to complainant in regard to illegal dumping.

Deputies responded to a child endangerment call at FM 696/CR 305.

Assisted citizen with a vehicle unlock in Giddings.

Deputies responded to a trespass call on CR 309.

Deputy met with a complainant in regard to child custody.

Burn ban violation on FM 2239.

Deputy assisted at the scene of a minor two vehicle crash at US 290/CR 233.

 

November 22, 2025

Deputy conducted motorist assist on SH 21.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on SH 21. A probable cause search resulted in the drivers arrest for narcotics and warrant out of Burleson County - booked into Lee County Jail.

 

November 23, 2025

An abandoned vehicle was towed from US 77/SH 21.

Deputies located a reported reckless driver on US 290. After a probable cause search, the suspect resisted arrest, but was placed in custody and booked into the Lee County Jail. On the way to Jail, the suspect caused damage to the patrol vehicle and received additional charges.

Complainant on Westwood Lane reported a silver Chevy that drives recklessly in the parking lot. Close patrol in effect.

Sergeant initiated a traffic stop on W. Austin St. After a probable cause search, the suspect was arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.

Deputies responded to a reported disturbance on E. FM 696.

Completed a requested welfare check on CR 226.

Deputies responded to a disturbance on PR 3241.

Burn ban violation FM 696.

Completed a requested welfare check on 3rd St. in Lexington.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop on W. Bellville St. One wanted suspect was arrested on local warrant and booked into the Lee County Jail.

 

For this reporting period, Lee County Deputies initiated 120 traffic enforcement stops, made 30 security checks, and responded to 13 animal/loose livestock calls.
