BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared, in and for Lee County, Texas, who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That on the 2nd day of December, 2024, he/she was notified by the above-described person of the above described livestock which was found running at large in Lee County, Texas at the above described location and pursuant to the stock laws of the State of Texas, Chapter Four, title 121, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas 1925, impounded said livestock, said impoundment being at the above described location.

NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY

On the 2nd day of December, 2024, I impounded the following estray:

Breed: BOER Color: BROWN/BLACK
Sex: F Age: UNKNOWN Size: UNKOWN/SMALL
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics: NONE
And, on the 2nd day of December, 2024, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Lee County, Texas.
I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brand in Lee County, Texas, for the owner of the said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 23rd day of December, 2024, said estray will be sold at: Public Auction
at Giddings Livestock Commission (1732 CR 226, Giddings, Texas).

AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE OF ESTRAY
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF LEE
Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Sergeant Joseph Brown, who after being by me duly sworn deposes and says:
After the herein described estray was impounded, I made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in the county where said estray was found. The search did not reveal the owner of said estray.
I did then advertise the impoundment of said estray on the Lee County Sheriffs Office Website for at least fifteen (15) days after the impoundment of said estray. The date of such posting was December 02, 2024. I also posted a copy of the Notice of Estray and the Notice of Impoundment of Estray on the public notice board of the courthouse of the county in which the estray was found.
