June 30, 2025
Caller reported a suspicious male subject at a property on Shady Oaks. Deputy located and identified the individual and determined everything was okay.
Deputy assisted a motorist with a vehicle unlock in the 8900 block of Hwy 77 N.
Deputy responded to an address on Gary Street on a suspicious male subject. The individual was located and identified.
Deputies investigated a reported disturbance on Shady Oaks Street.
July 1, 2025
Investigator conducted warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on PR 2904.
Deputy checked on a reported suspicious person in the 2400 block of SH 21 that turned out to be a stranded motorist.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on FM 619.
Deputy responded to a one-vehicle crash on FM 696 W.
Deputies responded to a reported disturbance on Westwood Ln.
July 2, 2025
Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the 2500 block of FM 696.
Deputies and Justice of the Peace Pct. 2 responded to an inquest on CR 203.
Caller reported individuals trespassing on CR 205. Deputies searched the area, but no subjects were located.
July 3, 2025
Deputy conducted a follow-up investigation regarding a previously reported theft.
Deputies assisted at the scene on a major one-vehicle crash on CR 114.
Deputy red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on CR 301.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on Wilson Boyd Ln.
Deputy conducted traffic control for a vehicle stranded on Hwy 77 N.
Deputies responded to CR 219 on a report of a suspicious subject. An individual was located and served with a criminal trespass notice.
Sergeant conducted sex offender registry requirement checks.
Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. deer crash in the 3500 block of FM 141.
Complainant reported shattered glass at their property on CR 223. Deputy arrived to investigate.
Deputies responded to a crash near PR 7703.
July 4, 2025
Deputy checked on a reported suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Main St. and determined that everything was okay.
Deputy booked in a subject that surrendered at the Lee County Jail on a local warrant.
Deputy served a criminal trespass notice on Kay St.
Deputies conducted traffic enforcement on SH 21.
Deputies assisted with traffic control for the Giddings VFD and Lexington VFD fireworks.
Caller reported suspicious persons on CR 204. A Deputy responded to patrol the area, however the reporting party advised the subjects had left.
Caller reported a suspicious male subject on CR F at a neighbor's property. Deputy responded and determined that the individual had left a letter for the property owner.
Motorist reported unknown person/s shot fireworks at their vehicle on Hwy 290 East. Deputy patrolled the area but was unable to locate the source.
Complainant reported subject lighting fireworks in the middle of CR 118. Deputy responded, but the subjects were gone upon arrival.
Sergeant responded to Westwood Lane on a report of a fire in a trash can. One male subject was arrested at the scene for public intoxication and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Caller reported fireworks after midnight on N. Rockdale St. in Lexington. Deputy patrolled the area, but did not locate a source.
Deputies responded to a structure fire on CR 401, and completed security checks for the owner.
Deputy responded to a minor crash on CR 133.
July 5, 2025
Deputy responded to a crash in the 2300 block of N. Main St.
Deputy responded to a crash in the 2900 block of SH 21 E.
July 6, 2025
Deputies conducted traffic enforcement on SH 21.
Deputy removed animal carcass on FM 112.
Deputy checked on a stranded motorist on SH 21 E.
Deputy responded to a convenience store in the 4200 block of SH 21 for a criminal trespass matter.
Deputy investigated a reported theft of money on CR 450.
Motorist reported a downed tree on CR 201. Deputy and Commissioner responded.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on Cherry Dr.
Deputy conducted a warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
