Deputies responded to Westwood Lane for a juvenile matter.
Deputy took a theft report from a complainant that reported their livestock trailer stolen.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on CR 326.
Deputies assisted GPD with a disturbance on Sunrise Ave.
Deputy responded to assist GPD with a disturbance on Joyce St.
Deputies responded to assist with a major crash on SH 21/PR 8024.
June 3, 2025
Deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a business on Hwy 290 West. No criminal activity located.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on FM 180 by citizen request.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on CR 113 by citizen request for traffic detour due to major crash on SH 21.
Complainant reported criminal mischief on CR 101. Deputy responded to investigate report of damaged mailbox due to traffic detour on SH 21.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on CR 101 by citizen request due to traffic detour.
Deputy responded to the 4100 block of E. Austin St. on a juvenile matter.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check in the 9000 block of Hwy 77 North.
Sheriff, Deputies, and GPD responded to 500 N. Main St. on a report of an unruly male subject. Criminal Trespass Notice served and individual removed from the property.
Complainant reported subjects trespassing to fish on CR 220. Deputy and Game Warden arrived to investigate.
Complainant reported dirt bikes driving recklessly on Gary St. in Lexington. Deputy located the riders and advised them against driving on the public roadway.
June 4, 2025
CID conducted a follow up on CR 326.
Deputy spoke to a complainant about a new phone scam. Information was taken and documented.
CID and Deputies responded to PR 6025 for a missing person. Subject was later found safe.
Sergeant conducted 68-A Vehicle Inspection at the Sheriff's Office.
Deputy responded to an alarm call on CR 208. Property was secured.
Complainant advised Deputy that the lock on his storage unit was cut. Information was documented.
June 5, 2025
Deputy conducted felony warrant service at District Court. One male booked into the Lee County Jail.
Complainant reported their front-end loader fell off their trailer when they took evasive action to avoid a crash on Hwy 77/SH 21 underpass. The complainant went for help and reported the bucket to the tractor was stolen by two white males in a brown Chevy dually.
Sheriff and Chief Deputy conducted a requested welfare check in the 5600 block of Hwy 290 East.
Complainant on CR 220 reported ongoing issue with individuals trespassing to fish. Close patrol in effect.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on CR 216.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on PR 4511.
Sergeant conducted sex offender registry requirement checks.
Motorist requested assistance on SH 21. Deputy set-up for traffic control and assisted with a tire change.
Caller reported a suspicious person on Giddings St. Deputy located the individual who was attempting to inform the caller that their vehicle door was open. Matter resolved.
June 6, 2025
Deputy conducted follow-up investigation on Estray livestock case.
Deputy responded to a suspicious vehicle call on FM 696. The owner was on scene attempting to have the vehicle towed.
Deputies assisted with funeral escort in Giddings.
Deputies assisted GPD with escort of oversized load on Hwy 77.
Deputy cleared tree debris from CR 119.
Deputy responded to check a suspicious vehicle at CR 430/CR 424. The vehicle had a flat and the driver had summoned help.
Caller reported an unknown person hiding by their vehicle outside of their home on PR 8031. Deputies responded to search the area. Unable to locate anyone in the area.
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Blaha Ave.
June 7, 2025
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check in the 5600 block of Hwy 290 East.
Deputies responded to a residence on CR 309 to conduct a requested welfare check. One transported to an out-of-county facility for treatment.
Deputies responded to a crisis intervention on FM 180. One transported to an out-of-county facility for treatment.
Complainant requested a Deputy to Yegua St. to issue a Criminal Trespass Notice. One served.
Deputies assisted at the scene of a minor crash on Hwy 290 East.
June 8, 2025
Deputy responded to an out-of-county facility to transport a crisis intervention patient to another facility in Travis County.
Deputy and JP2 responded to an inquest on PR 1271.
Deputy met with a complainant to take a fraud report.
Deputies responded to a noise complaint on CR 306.
Caller reported vehicles racing on CR 214 at the Lee/Fayette County line. Close patrol in effect.
Deputy investigated a report of a one-vehicle crash on CR 430.
Deputies initiated 40 traffic enforcement stops, made 80 security checks, and responded to 9 animal/loose livestock calls.
You may contact your LCSO to request a security check while you are out on vacation. Deputies will make their rounds as frequently as able when not handling other calls or duties.
