January 19, 2026
Deputies called to residence on Blaha Ave. for a verbal disturbance.
Deputies handled a crisis intervention call on CR 125.
Deputy spoke with a complainant in regard to property damage on CR 450.
January 20, 2026
Sergeant conducted 68-A vehicle inspections at the sheriff's office.
Complainant reported a fraud case involving identity theft.
Deputies were dispatched to a traffic hazard on FM 696. The vehicle was gone upon the Deputy's arrival.
Deputy responded to a verbal disturbance at an apartment on Westwood Lane. Unfounded.
Deputy assisted a motorist stranded in the roadway on N. US Hwy 77.
January 21, 2026
Complainant reported road debris on FM 141.
Deputy completed a warrant service on a male subject at the Lee County Jail.
Deputy removed road debris on CR 400.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on US Hwy 77/PR 7713.
Motorist reported a reckless driver on S. US Hwy 77. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Deputies conducted a requested welfare check at a residence on FM 2239. Deputies then conducted an inquest with Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace.
Complainant reported criminal trespass in the 1300 block of FM 2239. Sheriff responded and checked the property. Unable to locate any trespassers.
January 22, 2026
Deputy assisted with a vehicle unlock on Galveston St.
Sergeant assisted a stranded motorist on N. US Hwy 77.
January 23, 2026
Sergeant conducted a welfare check of a resident on FM 141.
Sergeant conducted 68-A vehicle inspections at the sheriff's office.
Deputy took information in regard to a theft of packages on N. County Line Rd.
Complainant met with a Deputy to file a fraud report.
Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance on FM 141. Parties separated.
Complainant reported a suspicious male subject on CR 411. Deputies responded and arrested a male subject for public intoxication.
Complainant reported a suspicious male subject on E. US Hwy 290. Deputies responded and arrested a male subject for public intoxication.
January 24, 2026
Sergeant conducted a requested welfare check of residents on CR 123.
Complainant reported trespassers on neighboring property in the 4400 block of W. SH 21. Deputy conducted security checks of the area.
All County Nightshift Units reported for duty to stage at pre-determined locations across the County due to the winter storm and deteriorating road conditions.
Sheriff responded to a residence in Tanglewood to assist LCEMS and Tanglewood VFD with a medical call. An inquest was conducted with Justice of the Peace Precinct 3.
January 25, 2026
All County Dayshift Units reported for duty to stage at pre-determined locations across the County due to the winter storm and deteriorating road conditions.
Deputy assisted with a vehicle unlock on FM 141.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on PR 8062.
Units responded to an 18 wheeler crash on N. US Hwy 77 that involved a gas leak.
Deputy assisted LCEMS with a medical call on Westwood Lane.
Sergeant assisted a stranded motorist in the 8500 block of N. US Hwy 77.
Sheriff checked on a stranded motorist at N. US Hwy 77/CR 114.
Units assisted at the scene of an 18 wheeler crash at the county line on N. US Hwy 77.
Deputy checked on a stranded motorist at E. US Hwy 290/FM 180.
Sergeant assisted a motorist on FM 1697.
Lexington PD Chief and Constable Pct. 3 assisted stranded motorists on N. US Hwy 77.
Units responded to an ATV crash at a property off of FM 112. Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 responded to hold an inquest.
Deputies assisted at the scene of a truck rollover on W. SH 21
Lexington PD assisted at the scene of an 18 wheeler that ran off the roadway on N. US Hwy 77.
For this reporting period, Lee County Deputies initiated 95 traffic enforcement stops, made 119 security checks, and responded to 15 animal/loose livestock calls.
Our Lee County Jail was inspected by the Texas Commission on Jail Standards. The un-announced routine inspection found the Lee County Jail to meet compliance standards with no corrective action items.
