December 8, 2025
Deputy took a report of a sexual assault.
Deputy assisted stranded motorist with traffic control on SH 21.
Noise complaint reported on CR 317. Deputy met with both parties and determined there was no offense.
Deputy checked on a disabled vehicle on CR 309.
Deputies worked a one vehicle crash on CR 318.
December 9, 2025
Deputies conducted a requested welfare check on FM 180.
LCSO Dispatch contacted by U.S. Marshals requesting assistance. Lexington PD, and Constable Pct. 3 assisted with a traffic stop/arrest of a wanted individual.
Complainant made a report of a missing Angus bull from property on CR 302.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on CR 123.
LCSO Deputies, Investigators, and Sheriff responded to Lexington ISD with Lexington PD and Constables 2, 3, and 4 to investigate a threat made against the school. One arrested on warrant after investigation.
Disturbance reported on Hope St. at Shady Oaks. Determined to be verbal only-parties separated.
Crash investigation worked in the 1900 block of FM 141. Single vehicle into a fence.
Sergeant conducted 68-A inspections at the sheriff's office.
Deputy responded to a terroristic threat report that turned into a scam report.
December 10, 2025
Deputy responded to a minor two vehicle crash in the 2800 block on FM 141.
Deputy executed warrant service and transported one male to the Lee County Jail.
Deputy investigated a burglary of a residence in the 3900 block W. FM 696 where multiple tools and other items were stolen by unknown suspect/s. Case forwarded to Criminal Investigations for further.
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on CR 351. One male subject was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail for assault.
A watchful resident reported a male subject driving a white suburban drop off a bag in front of the Dime Box school at 9:00pm. Deputy responded and determined the bag was empty.
Deputy took a report of criminal mischief.
December 11, 2025
Sheriff and Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash on FM 448 at Rabbs Creek.
Deputy conducted follow up investigation in regard to previously reported burglary on W. FM 696.
Deputy worked a minor two vehicle crash in the 200 block of N. Main St.
Sergeant responded to the 8800 block of N. US Hwy 77 to check on a reported suspicious vehicle with two men. Subjects were gone upon arrival. Close patrols conducted.
Sergeant responded to a one vehicle crash near PR 6027.
December 12, 2025
Deputy handled a crisis intervention call on CR 450.
Deputy responded to a one vehicle crash on W. US 290.
Sergeant conducted sex offender registry requirement checks.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist with a courtesy ride on N. US 77.
Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash on N. US 77.
Deputy responded to a verbal disturbance at 8900 block N. US 77 where a female subject was cursing at another in a parking lot. Deputy determined the matter stemmed from a school incident between two juveniles.
Deputy was requested by GPD to respond to the 400 block of N. Madison St. for a 911 hang up call.
December 13, 2025
Deputy responded to a minor one vehicle crash vs. deer on FM 141/CR 121.
Deputies assisted with funeral escort in Lexington.
Complainant on CR C requested a Deputy for neighbors shooting. Deputy met with the parties involved, no offense.
Complainant on CR 107 reported a damaged mailbox. Appears a vehicle left the roadway and struck mailbox and fence line.
Deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence on Cherry Dr. One female was arrested on scene and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Sergeant and Commissioner responded to a downed tree blocking roadway on CR 121.
Received two noise complaints from Lexington park building. Deputy confirmed an event was going on and the music was not unreasonable for the disorderly conduct statute. Deputies cannot enforce city ordinances. Complainant was referred to Lexington PD.
Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash at N. US 77/CR 411.
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at FM 141/CR 430. One arrested on site and booked into the Lee County Jail.
December 14, 2025
Deputies responded to Westwood Lane for a domestic disturbance. One arrested on site and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Complainant reported a missing/stolen dog from 3000 block of CR 226.
Deputy assisted GPD with a reported disturbance with firearm in the 600 block of W. Houston St.
Deputy took a report of a minor two vehicle crash on CR 118.
Deputy made a traffic stop on E. US 290. One arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
For this reporting period, Lee County Deputies initiated 73 traffic enforcement stops, made 32 security checks, and responded to 25 animal/loose livestock calls.
The Lee County Blue Santa program had a very successful auction this past weekend at Diamond I Venue in Dime Box. BIG Thank You to all of our volunteers, donors, buyers, and supporters.
The Lee County Blue Santa toy pick up will be this Saturday at the Lions Den on FM 141 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. No need to sign-up, just show-up and provide us the gender and ages of child/ren.
