August 3, 2026
Deputy investigated a theft reported on CR 426. The complainant reported tools stolen from a construction site.
Deputy assisted at the scene of a collision on CR 405.
Deputies conducted traffic control for a stalled 18-wheeler US 77/FM 3403.
Crisis intervention call. One transported to out-of-county facility for treatment.
Sergeant conducted a traffic stop on E. US 290. The driver was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Traffic enforcement conducted on SH 21.
August 4, 2026
Deputy responded to E. SH 21 in regard to property damage.
Traffic enforcement conducted on SH 21.
Motorist reported malfunction of RRX equipment at CR 217. UPR was notified.
Sergeant responded to an address on FM 141 in regard to a reported theft of ducks. Ducks were located.
Traffic enforcement on W. US 290.
Traffic enforcement FM 141/FM 1697.
Deputies assisted at collision in the 8000 block of FM 141.
Sergeant conducted 68-A vehicle inspection.
Sergeant completed a requested welfare check on S. US 77.
Deputy met with a complainant on FM 141 in regard to a suspicious package that wasn't ordered.
Traffic enforcement on E. US 290.
Deputies assisted SO Bastrop County with an assault report.
Sergeant and Deputy conducted a follow-up investigation in Bastrop County, where a lawn mower was recovered from a previous burglary case in Lee County.
Deputies conducted security checks on FM 1624.
August 5, 2026
Traffic enforcement on N. US 77.
Deputy met with a resident on CR 401 for mailbox damage.
Deputy spoke with a complainant about an animal complaint.
Complainant came to the Sheriff's Office to speak with a Deputy about harassment.
Traffic enforcement on E. US 290.
Dispatch received an iPhone crash detection on FM 141. Deputy checked the area but was not able to locate an accident.
Deputy responded to a reckless driver on S. US 77 coming from La Grange. Unable to locate the vehicle.
Deputies conducted security checks on CR 226.
Deputies assisted with an accident on N. US 77.
Traffic enforcement on CR 226.
Deputies conducted security checks at Camp Tejas and The Bullpen.
Deputies responded to CR 309 for a welfare check of a young female walking towards FM 696. Unable to locate female.
Sergeant was dispatched to S. US 77 for suspicious activity. All was clear.
Deputy conducted security check at Bubba's.

Deputies conducted security checks on CR 309
Sergeant located a reckless driver on E. US 290 and conducted a traffic stop. Warning issued.
Security check conducted at Nails Creek State Park.
Traffic enforcement on US 77.
Sergeant spoke with a complainant on CR 107 about fraud.
Deputy responded to FM 3403 for a suspicious vehicle and person. Unable to locate vehicle or person.
Deputy met with a complainant on CR 109 about a suspicious person.
Traffic enforcement on E. US 290.
Deputy was dispatched to Westwood Lane for an assault. Report taken.
Sergeant assisted a motorist on W. US 290 at PR 2909. Courtesy ride given.
Sergeant and Deputy responded to a call for an intoxicated subject on CR 211. Subject was transported to Lee County Jail for public intoxication.
August 7, 2026

Security checks conducted throughout the night.
Traffic enforcement on W. US 290.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 223 for an animal complaint.
Deputies responded to a call for loose livestock on FM 141.
Dispatch received a call about a suspicious vehicle on CR 216. Deputy made contact with the driver.
Security check conducted of the Lincoln Community.
Traffic enforcement on SH 21.
SO Burleson County transferred a reckless driver call on SH 21. Unable to locate vehicle.
Deputy responded to CR 118 for an animal complaint.
Traffic enforcement on S. US 77.
Security check conducted on FM 3403.
Deputy spoke with a complainant at the Sheriff's Office about a civil matter.
Sergeant and Deputy conducted traffic control on FM 141 in Dime Box.
Deputy met with a complainant on CR 401 for suspicious activity.
Deputy responded to a call for loose livestock on CR 114.
Traffic enforcement on FM 141.
Dispatch received a call about loose livestock on CR 404. Deputy responded and owner located.

Sergeant red tagged an abandoned trailer on FM 2239 at CR 208.

Sergeant conducted sex offender compliance check.
SO Bastrop County advised of an open 911 line on PR 2906. Contact was made and was accident.
Security check conducted of City of Lexington.
Traffic enforcement on US 290.
Sergeant assisted Trooper with traffic stop on N. US 77. One subject was transported to Lee County Jail.
Traffic enforcement on SH 21.
Deputy was dispatched to CR 326 for illegal dumping. Report taken and Commissioner was notified.
Reserve Deputy spoke with complainant about suspicious activity.
Deputy assisted a motorist on SH 21 at FM 1624.
Several security checks conducted throughout both shifts.
Agust 9, 2026
Dispatch received a call about gun shots being heard on E. Austin Street. Sergeant and Deputy checked area but did not hear any gun shots.

Deputy responded to CR 200 for an animal complaint.
Deputy assisted EMS with a medical call on Westwood Lane.
Deputy met with a complainant on FM 112 about terroristic threat. Report taken.
Deputy spoke with a complainant over the phone about a civil matter.
Traffic enforcement on US 290.
Deputies were dispatched to CR 125 for a verbal disturbance.
Deputy met with a complainant on CR 114 about an RV on his property that does not belong to him. Referred to JP Court.
Sergeant conducted a civil standby on CR 426.
Deputies assisted with a one vehicle accident on FM 141 at CR 116.
Dispatch received a call about loose bison on SH 21 near the Bastrop County line. Sergeant responded to the call.
Several security checks conducted throughout both shifts.
