August 10, 2026
Deputies conducted patrols of LISD school zones.
Traffic enforcement conducted on N. US 77 & W. US 290.
Deputy assisted LPD on 7th St. with a vehicle inventory.
Deputy responded to a hit & run collision at SH 21/CR 426.
Traffic enforcement conducted on SH 21.
Deputy completed a requested welfare check on CR 216.
Deputy completed a requested welfare check on CR 123.
Deputy completed a warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
Deputy responded with VFD to a vehicle fire in the 5000 block of W. SH 21.
August 11, 2026
Deputies conducted patrols of GISD, DBISD, and LISD school zones.
Complainant spoke with a Deputy in regard to fraud on a bank card.
Deputy completed a requested welfare check on FM 141.
Sergeant took an animal complaint on Hope St.
Complainant reported a noise complaint on Cherry Dr. Deputy patrolled the area, but was unable to locate.
Traffic enforcement conducted on N. US 77.
Sergeant initiated a traffic stop on W. US 290. One arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.
August 12, 2026
Deputies conducted patrols of all public and parochial school zones.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on CR 120.
Traffic enforcement conducted on SH 21.
Deputy spoke with a caller in regard to a harassment report.
Deputy spoke with a caller in regard to restraining order.
Sergeant completed a warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
Deputies responded to a reported disturbance on CR 329.
GPD responded to a disturbance until a Deputy could arrive. Deputy completed warrant service on Westwood Ln. in regard to this call.
Deputy responded to assist with a 911 call on SH 21 that turned out to be a medical call, however EMS was declined.
Deputies responded to investigate report of shots fired in the 8800 block of N. US 77.
Deputy responded to a crisis intervention call.
August 13, 2026
Deputy responded to a civil matter on W. FM 696.
Deputies conducted patrols of school zones.
Motorist reported a reckless driver on SH 21. Deputy located and stopped the vehicle in question.
Traffic enforcement conducted on US 290.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on N. US 77. Driver arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on FM 3403.
Deputy met with a citizen in regard to an information report.
Deputy met with a citizen in regard to property damage on Avenue E.
Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance on CR 123.
August 14, 2026
Traffic enforcement conducted on E. FM 696.
Deputies conducted patrols of school zones.
Deputy responded to assist with a vehicle unlock on E. Austin St.
Deputy met with a complainant in regard to abuse.
Caller reported suspicious males in a black Dodge on CR 329 claiming to be with a tree service. Deputy patrolled the area but were unable to locate.
Deputies patrolled school bus stops on N. US 77.
Deputy checked on an abandoned vehicle N. US 77/CR 411. Vehicle was red-tagged.
Traffic enforcement conducted on SH 21.
Deputy met with a complainant to take a reported theft of a firearm from a vehicle. Information taken for report.
Motorist reported an 18 wheeler parked partially on FM 448 for an extended period. Deputy responded to investigate.
Motorist reported roadway debris on SH 21.
Deputy conducted warrant service on S. Polk St. One booked into Lee County Jail.
Deputy met with two parties regarding suspicious activity in the 1100 block of CR 208.
Augst 15, 2026
Deputy completed a welfare check on CR 330.
Deputy responded to an address on FM 141 for a civil matter.
Traffic enforcement conducted on W. SH 21.
Deputy responded to E. US 290 County Line to check on a stranded motorist.
Deputies conducted walk-thru at Lincoln VFD event.
Complainant reported gunfire at a vehicle on CR 123. Deputies responded and one male was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail. No injuries reported.
Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance at a residence on CR 135. No offense, parties separated to keep the peace.
Deputy assisted with a civil standby on E. US 290.
Agust 16, 2026
Deputies and Trooper assisted with traffic control on SH 21 for LVFD drive-thru event.
Traffic enforcement on SH 21.
Deputy responded to meet a complainant on CR 220 in regard to gunfire.
Traffic enforcement on FM 180.
Sergeant conducted warrant service on N. US 77.
Deputy assisted with motorist assist on S. Main St.
Deputy met with a complainant in regard to a possible scam.
Deputy responded to CR 133 for report of gunfire that sounded like it was hitting metal.
Sergeant initiated a traffic stop on E. Austin St. The driver was arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.
Deputy responded to a motorists request for a welfare check of a pedestrian on E. US 290.
Deputy checked on an abandoned vehicle on CR 453. Vehicle was red-tagged.
