April 20, 2026
Deputy conducted traffic on US 290 West for school bus pick-up. Citation issued to violator for passing a school bus when loading.
Deputy took report of an estray calf on CR 119.
Deputy checked on a reported suspicious male walking on CR 326.
Deputy assisted Constable Pct. 2 with civil process on Shady Oaks.
Deputy responded to Dime Box on a juvenile matter.
Deputies and Constable Pct. 2 checked on a reported suspicious male at oil well sites on CR 217.
Deputy checked on a reported suspicious male walking on CR 323. This was the same male as earlier that was walking to Bastrop and did not want assistance.
Deputy responded to a criminal trespass report at Westwood Lane.
Deputy took a report of harassment.
April 21, 2026
Deputy assisted with minor crash on US 77 North.
Deputy assisted with minor crash on TX 21 West.
Deputy assisted with a crash on TX 21 East.
Deputies assisted with a crash on TX 21.
Deputy took information for a criminal trespass on CR 105.
Captain patrolled county roads for flood concerns.
Deputy completed a requested welfare check on US 77.
Deputy assisted with a crash on TX 21.
Deputy met with a complainant to take a report of theft.
Deputy assisted with a crash on CR 440.
Deputy assisted a Trooper with a traffic stop on W. Austin.
Deputy responded to CR 216 to take a report of a vehicle mudding.
Deputy spoke with a complainant in regard to trespassing on CR 139.
Deputy responded to a reported suspicious vehicle at CR 317/318. Deputy made contact with the owner.
Deputy completed a warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
April 22, 2026
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on FM 112.
Lieutenant met with a complainant in regard to a civil matter.
Deputy and Constable Pct. 2 responded to a trespassing complaint on Westwood Lane.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on TX 21. Two subjects were arrested after a probable cause search and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Deputy responded to another report of a vehicle mudding on CR 216. The responsible party was located and appropriate action taken.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on TX 21. One arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Deputy issued a citation to a violator for 85/55 mph zone on W. Austin Street.
Deputy responded to CR 230 on a reported verbal disturbance.
April 23, 2026
Deputy provided a courtesy transport to a pedestrian.
Deputy took information of a dog bite in Lexington.
All County units assisted with a drill at Immanuel Lutheran School.
Deputies assisted at the scene of a crash at CR 438.
Deputy took report of an estray horse on FM 3403.
Sergeant conducted sex offender registry requirement checks.
Deputy assisted with traffic control at FM 1697/CR 124 for a jack knifed truck/trailer.

Deputy assisted with traffic control at US 77/CR 410 for roadway debris.
LCSO and GPD assisted with escort for GHS BBQ team enroute to state championship.
Deputy completed a welfare check on FM 141.
Deputy removed roadway debris on CR 309.
Deputy removed roadway debris on CR 304.
Deputy responded to Westwood Lane to investigate a reported theft.
Deputy completed a welfare check on CR 309.
Deputy followed up on a report of illegal dumping on Hope Street.
Deputy spoke with a complainant in regard to neighbor's livestock.
Deputies conducted traffic enforcement on US 290 West. Two violators were stopped and issued citations for passing a school bus when unloading.
Deputy responded to US 77 North on a report of a locked vehicle with children inside. The vehicle was unlocked and the young children were safe.
Deputy arrested a male subject at Shady Oaks for trespassing. One booked into Lee County Jail.
Deputies responded to a verbal disturbance on US 290 East. One criminal trespass notice issued, peace restored.
Deputy and Trooper completed a traffic stop on US 290 East that resulted in an arrest. A juvenile in the vehicle was released to appropriate authority.
April 25, 2026
Deputy cited a violator on TX 21 for 94/70 mph zone.
Deputies assisted GPD with funeral escort.
Deputy completed a requested welfare check on US 77 North.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on US 290 East. One arrested and booked into Lee County Jail on out-of-county warrant.
Deputies assisted at the scene of a crash on US 77 North.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on US 290 East. One arrested and booked into Lee County Jail.
Caller reported a reckless driver on SFA Blvd. in Dime Box.
Deputies responded to a reported verbal disturbance on FM 2239.
Deputy responded to a reported suspicious person at the Elm Creek RV Park. The individual was located.
Deputy executed a warrant service at the Lee County Jail.
April 26, 2026
Deputies investigated a report of illegal dumping on CR 450.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on US 77 in Tanglewood.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on TX 21 in Old Dime Box.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on US 290 East. After a probable cause search, one arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on FM 2440.
Deputy conducted traffic enforcement on FM 696 West.
Deputy cited a violator for 94/70 mph zone on TX 21.
Deputy assisted driver with changing a flat tire on US 77 North.
Deputy responded to a vehicle vs. hog crash on FM 3403.
For this reporting period, Lee County Deputies initiated 65 traffic enforcement stops, made 123 security checks, and responded to 16 animal/loose livestock calls.
