On Thursday 4/25/2024, Tavion Malique Williams (B/M DOB 02/26/2005) surrendered himself to the authorities in Midland, TX.

 

Williams was taken into custody by the Midland Police on his outstanding Lee County Capital Murder warrant late Thursday night.

 

I want to extend our appreciation to our local, state, and federal law enforcement partners for their assistance in locating our homicide suspects.

 

Again, the outcome of this investigation is a testament to the dedication and persistence of our criminal investigations team.

 

I want to be abundantly clear:

"If you engage in committing a heinous crime in Lee County; we are going to conduct our investigation and then we are coming for you."

"We will work tirelessly to uphold law and order, and we will not tolerate the actions of those who victimize our citizens."
