We are very blessed to live in what we consider a peaceful County. But we must remember that we are not immune from crime. I urge all of our citizens to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity to your sheriff's office. It is a good practice to follow the 9:00 pm Routine. Lock garages, homes, vehicles and remove keys and items of value. Turn on exterior lights and ensure that your security alarms and cameras are in good working order.

Respectfully yours,

Garrett Durrenberger

Sheriff, Lee County
