Lee County, the City of Giddings, and the City of Lexington, have opened a call center to provide a single source of information and resources during the Covid-19 crisis for Lee County citizens.

The call center opens at 8:00 a.m. on Friday April 3 and will be operated by county or city staff and officials.

Lee County residents can call the call center number at 866-686-7873.   Calls will be answered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.   Callers may leave a message and have a representative return their call if the call is not answered.

Callers with questions about the COVID-19 disaster declaration and executive orders should call this number instead of directly calling the City of Giddings, the City of Lexington, or Lee County.   Calls may be forwarded to other agencies or resources if necessary.
